According to Breathe the Lung Association on average Canadians spend 90% of their time indoors thus our indoor air quality is important, especially for children. Everyone's health can be affected by poor indoor air quality. Poor indoor air quality can affect development in children and has been linked to lung disease later in life. Nobody have to suffer from bad indoor air quality.

Duct Cleaning 

What our duct cleaning includes:

  • Cutting ~6" access holes in duct work (usually 2-5 in single system house) to look inside and make sure the job is done properly (after job is done customer is offered look inside);
  • Covering furnace/coil to avoid dirt going in;
  • Taking off and washing vents;
  • Blowing down all vents towards suction hose (connected to the main duct work)
  • Cleaning main duct work with air rake method
  • Turning on furnace  with suction hose connected
  • Disinfecting Duct work (Benefect) 
  • Closing up the duct work holes with metal patches, sealant and screws
  • Changed disposable filter (standard size)

Furnace Maintenance 

Cleaned and maintained by certified gas fitter.

  • Inspecting heat exchanger with visual inspection kit
  • Checking gas pressure
  • Checking operation of sensors and igniter
  • Checking for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks
  • Checking motor performance and lubrication of bearings where applicable
  • Cleaning of burner ports
  • Cleaning of furnace housing
  • Complete removal and cleaning of blower compartment
  • Removal and cleaning motor and rollcage
  • Checking operation of humidifier where applicable
